Responsibilities:
Management of corporate credit cards Daily and/or weekly entry of credit card transactions (G/L code and class) Processing of expense reports Weekly download of transactions from credit card companies Monthly reconciliation of credit card accounts Ordering/canceling credit cards Paying credit card balances Hotel reservation confirmations Accounts Payable Support Vendor account set-ups to establish credit Reconciliation of monthly vendor statements Assisting with scanning vendor bills (paperless functions) Entering vendor bill payments into Salesforce Accounts Receivable Support Deposit customer checks with a remote deposit machine Coordinate with A/R Specialist Entering customer payments into Salesforce Licensing/Vehicle registrations o Coordinate renewals of state/city contractor licensing Coordinate vehicle registrations Maintain vehicle/equipment listing Maintain vehicle/equipment files Bi-weekly check runs Print checks Mail checks Pay online bills Interoffice support Receiving & processing mail Assist CFO & Controller with various projects and tasks Miscellaneous projects, as needed Job Type:
